Paula sold my house in 30 days in this market! WoW! How did she do it? Her 23 years of experience made all the difference in the world. She gave great advice on what needed to be fixed before listing. She gave detailed information about how to stage the house. Her analysis and listing price were right on the money. I followed her instructions exactly and I got results. Perhaps more importantly, she was able to keep me on an even keel - throughout the transaction - she anticipated my questions and always provided encouraging words just when I needed them. Today I was driving around Portland noticing all the houses that were on the market months before I listed my house. I would like to take the time to tell you about a wonderful broker that we recently had the pleasure to work with from your company.

Her name is Paula Osborne.

To start this off we had been looking for a home for quite some time. We have tried to work with several different Realtors. To no avail we had the worst luck.
We could not find an aggressive and warm hearted Realtor that would do due diligence to help us find the home we have been waiting for. So after about 9 months of not so good experiences, I called my mortgage broker, Janiece Struloeff. I asked her if she knew someone that is a great agent and aggressive enough to help us find a home. By that after noon I was in touch with Paula. She had several homes for us to look at. She is the Realtor we had been looking for.

My husband and I had been in a hotel for almost 2 months and starting to lose faith that we would find something. Not to mention the expense it was to be there.
